Local TV cameras even caught the 11th when he was being interviewed about his amazing feat.
Neil, who plays two times a week on a 2.5 handicap, said that it was unbelievable.
"The shock when you try it for the first time is tremendous.
"People kept asking if they have one right now.
"And the answer was often yes. It got a bit embarrassing."
Neil, a Bristol-based social club runner with his wife Sam, made all his holes in one on two courses at Tracey Park Golf Club, Wick, Gloucestershire.
Neil honored the tradition of purchasing drinks for all golfers on the course during the first two. Now, he is gone.
He stated that the first two holes were extremely costly for him.
Retired Texan pro Mancil Davis holds the 51-year-old world record.
Neil and Sam, both from Bristol, run a social club.
