Si-woo Kim, a South Korean golfer, had a terrible day. He hit five balls into water on his way to a miserable 13 on a par-3 hole.
Kim was playing in his first event after finishing 32nd in the Tokyo Olympics men's golf competition. He was even par at St Jude Invitational.
Kim Si-woo was a failure as he threw five balls into the waters.
Then he stepped up to TPC Southwind’s 11th hole, measuring 155 yards. It features an island green.
Kim was a three-time winner of the PGA Tour's tee shot.
Kim then moved to a drop zone at 96 yards from his hole, and his four next shots were sent into the water. He finally found the rough with his eleventh shot.
Kim then chipped to within one foot of the cup, before taping in for an unsightly 13.
Kim's 13, according to the PGA Tour is the highest score at TPC Southwind. It also marks the Tour's highest par-three score, excluding the four majors, since 1983.
Kim immediately responded with a birdie, but he carded a double-bogey on the par-three fourteenth, where he sent a second tee shot into water.
Kim birdied the three remaining holes, en route to an 8-over par 78 which left him at 13 over for the week in Tennessee.
The PGA Tour shared a video that showed where each shot ended up - and golf enthusiasts were quick to comment on their performance.
Drew Fox succinctly stated that golf is difficult. Shaun Holden wrote that the 'lad had a mare'.
