Paige Spiranac is mistaken by traditionalists for a "stripper" and a "porn star", but the golf beauty defends her sexy look

PAIGE SPIRANAC was dubbed a'stripper and 'pornstar' because of the clothes she wears while on the golf course.

The 28-year-old former golf pro has more than three million Instagram followers and often uses social media to post pictures in different outfits.

She has spoken out about the negative reactions she received to the images she posted.

Spiranac stated, "As can be seen, I don’t mind being sexually explicit." My body is a part and parcel of me.

"I believe that a lot people were upset about that, especially in golf because it is so conservative.

"And if your collar isn't on, people will say: "She's a stripper!" She's doing porn!'

"And I'm like, 'I'm wearing an f***ing turtleneck. "What are you talking about?"

"Even as a junior golfer, I got in trouble with the AJGA [American Junior Golf Association tour] because of my short skirts.

Spiranac hasn't let that stop her from continuing to play her unique style of golf

It wasn't something I wanted to do. I will over-sexualize my self.

"I've always been more provocative than I have ever dressed. It's part of me and I'm comfortable with it.

Spiranac is not the first to be forced to defend her attire on the course.

One user on social media responded to a photo of the woman earlier this year by saying, "If you are playing it should be at PornHub."

She replied, "Wearing leggings to play golf is not the same as doing porn."

After joking about how nobody likes San Diego Padres, she was called a 'whore' by baseball fans and threatened with death.

She said, "I was under the impression that no one liked Padres."

"In all my 27 years, I have never met a Padres-fan. Then I saw a video showing everyone in San Diego celebrating and getting so excited.

"I retweeted this video and commented that it was funny because no one seemed to be interested in their game when they sucked."

"Then, I had all these Padres fan... I was lit up!"

"I had to apologize and regret it. I was receiving death threats and people were saying, 'Come to El Cajon and we will cut you.

"Someone called me a washed up porn star. He said that a washed up porn star had no right to talk about baseball. Get back into it whore. '"
