When will Tiger Woods return to golf?

Woods is currently absent from the course, and hasn’t been seen at Major tournaments since 2020.

Woods broke his right leg in a car accident on Hawthorne Boulevard, Los Angeles in February 2021.

He was traveling at nearly twice the speed limit at 87 mph when he lost control and crashed into a tree in Los Angeles.

Woods required immediate surgery after breaking his fibula and tibia. Many were concerned that Woods' golf days would be over.

Tiger Tiger has not played pro golf since his accident and there is no timeline for him to do so.

He showed great promise, and clearly had most his mobility back as Charlie finished second in the 2021 PNC Championship.

This competition saw a 36-hole match between the children and parents of major champions.

Tiger, 13-year-old Tiger, and Charlie, 13 years old, wore matching red outfits on Sunday to pay homage to Woods' legendary tradition.

Woods Jr. and his father hit a tournament record ELEVEN birdsies in a row on day three to make it a remarkable -15 round of 62.

Tiger Tiger is already rumored to be ruled out of returning to full-time golf due to the demanding schedule.

He has instead indicated that he will pick and choose his tournaments once he feels ready to return competitive action.

In December 2021, he stated that he would not play a full-time schedule again.

"I will have to choose which events I want to attend, and my body may not be able to cooperate."

"I don’t know how many events will I be playing in. It's up to practice sessions, recovery techniques, training sessions, and all the other things that are necessary to do it."
