TIGERWOODS was able to see the humor in the situation as he recovered at home from the horrific crash that left him seriously injured last year.

After suffering a broken leg and fractured ankle in an accident that left him in California, the 46-year-old golf legend needed emergency surgery.

He has spent the last few months recuperating at his PS41million home in Jupiter Island before returning to the Masters.

In his first press conference after the Masters, he admitted that he was having difficulty maneuvering his way through his large mansion.

"I built a beautiful house, but I didn’t realize how large it was until I started putting crutches on. Woods laughed and said that while I'm on the right side, there is still a lot to do.

Woods also mentioned the difficulties he faced while moving.

He said to reporters, "It's been hard work."

"It was difficult to just lay there for so long. Three months I was in hospital.

It's difficult to describe how hard it has been to stay immobile for three consecutive months. I was looking forward to being outside. That was my goal.

"I was looking forward to going outside. "Eventually, I reached a point when they could wheel me out and I could feel sunlight. That was a significant milestone."

The PS41million property can be divided into two sections: a 3,300-square foot living quarters and a 6,400 square foot multi-purpose building.
