Ryder Cup winner says he was drunk on an airplane and has denied sexual assault and beating.

It was claimed that Olesen was seen by a cabin crew member drinking from a glass of pink champagne.

BA staff attempted to restrain the Dane while he ran around the plane swearing and fleeing from them, Aldersgate House Nightingale court was informed.

Olesen allegedly shoved Sarah White, a BA employee, when she tried getting him back in his seat. Then, he said, "It's all around you, isn’t it? Just go away."

Ian Poulter, a fellow Ryder Cup star, intervened to get Olesen settled in his chair, but he started to walk again, jurors heard.

One male crew member tried to help Olesen to his seat, but Olesen grabbed his hand and began to kiss it. Jurors heard.

Then, he allegedly grabbed the hand of a woman and kissed it before nuzzling her neck. He then placed his hand on her breast.

Olesen was then returned to his seat, where he began crying and fell asleep.

Jurors were able to hear Olesen urinating on his own seat from the side of another passenger, who was then woken by Olesen.

The court heard that Olesen was placed back in his seat, while others were taken away.

Five-time European Tour winner and member of the 2018 European Ryder Cup winning team, the golfer denies any sexual assault, beating or assault in relation to Ms White, and was drunk on an airplane.

Max Hardy, the Prosecutor, stated that Sarah White greeted Olesen and offered him a drink. He requested a glass champagne.

"During the flight, he asked for a drink and ordered vodka and cranberry juice.

'ASSAULT'

He was sipping pink champagne from another passenger when she noticed him. She later saw him trying to push the pull-door door in the bathroom.

"He pushed her onto her right shoulder, and said: "It all about you, isn't that? Just go away."

"She tried to flee in case he attacked her again. She could hear him shouting "I'm going f**k your up" during this time.

Graham Gee, a cabin crew member, had to intervene in order to get Olesen to his seat. However, Olesen was accused of sexually assaulting a woman on board the flight, according to the court.

'URINATING'

The court heard that Olesen kissed her on the neck and on her hand, and touched her right breast.

Mr Hardy claimed that another passenger noticed the defendant's penis and began to urinate in the aisle.

The five-time European Tour winner was arrested by police when the plane landed at Heathrow.

Olesen claimed that he couldn't remember what happened during the flight and that he had consumed "five to six drinks, a few beers, a few red wines, and a couple of vodkas and cranberries".

'EMBARRASSED'

According to the court, he used sleeping pills to "knock himself out".

Mr Hardy said that he had a glass of champagne with him after boarding. He couldn't remember what he was told.

"He stated that he felt ashamed and terrible about touching the woman.

He said, "He was asked if his memory is of drinking champagne from another person’s glass. He replied no."

Trevor Burke, QC, the defender, claimed Olesen had taken sleeping pills which led to his "bizarre behavior".

Olesen claimed that Olesen could have been affected by alcohol and pills, and that he would not have any control over his actions.

Mr Burke stated that this can lead to complex, disinhibited and unconscious behaviors that the defendant may not remember.

The Dane was dressed in a dark grey suit and spoke only to confirm his identity.

He denied sexual assault, beatings and being drunk in an airplane cockpit.

The trial continues.
