Paulina was asked a question about Wayne Gretzky's thoughts on DJ when he first met him.
The question asked: "What did your dad think about DJ after meeting him for the first time?"
Paulina replied, "He told me to marry him."
The couple tied the knot at Blackberry Farm, Tennessee, earlier this year.
Johnson, 37, and Paulina (33) got engaged in 2013. They exchanged vows on 23 April 2013.
Paulina is often seen admiring DJ's actions, including his Masters win in November 2020.
Wayne, her dad, even delivered a speech to the wedding. He said: "This has the most amazing three days I have ever had, and it's been some fun."
Paulina answered an Instagram question about her best dating advice this weekend.
She said, "The best advice I received in dating was from my father."
He told me to weigh all the pros and cons before I started dating.
"If there are a few pros and fewer cons, don't be afraid to consider them.
"If the cons outweigh the pros, don't try and be the person who thinks that they can make them better."
