Ex-pro player must have been thrilled to see her USA heroes take a 3-1 lead over Europe in the first foursomes at Wisconsin.

28-year-old social media star tweeted: "I love Ryder Cup so very much.

"I wish there were more energy in golf tournaments."

Spiranac has been vocal against what she regards as the fuddy-duddy golfing establishment. This includes rules that limit glamorous clothing.

She also encouraged Steve Stricker, the US skipper, to keep it fun and pair Brooks Koepka up with his big rival Bryson deChambeau.

They tried to downplay reports about their feud throughout the Ryder Cup build-up.

Spiranac also claims that they will be "unstoppable together" at Whistling Straits.

In addition, the Instagram star has stated that she would pay "an unlimited amount" to see them fight.

Kopeka has disproved any suggestion that he and DeChambeau are having a problem.

Sky Sports was informed by him that a lot of the social media content is driven by external factors and not just us two.

"We had great conversations during Tour Championship Week when we had dinner.

"Then, this week, I sat down with him and had dinner last night. It was great.

"I believe there might be something fun here moving forward, but I won't talk too much about that."
