29-year-old former golf pro was named Maxim's winner for the Sexiest Woman Alive award in June 2022.
Maxim named Paige Spiranac the "Sexiest Woman Alive" for 2022
The ex-golfer from Colorado has 3.4 million Instagram followers
After quitting golf in December 2016, she has made a successful career as an influencer.
Paige wowed everyone with her amazing outfit at Maxim Top 100.
Spiranac now discusses how the gong helped her transform from a niche influencer in golf to a mainstream celebrity.
Paige hosts regular Q&A sessions for her 3.4 million Instagram followers.
After a hectic couple of months, the Colorado native revealed how her life has changed.
She said, "I've been very lucky with my career that there's been a fairly steady incline despite everyone thinking I was never going be successful."
"But this has been a big change for me, I believe it's because Maxim has given me this mainstream attention, beyond just golf and sports, so it's incredible."
Paige stunned her fans in a provocative outfit as she walked the Maxim's Top 100 red carpet in Miami.
She also spoke out about the negatives of fame, including how copycat accounts have stolen her image.
Some even con people, one man accusing Paige that he stole $10,000 from him.
On her podcast Playing A-Round, she said: "[A man] approaches me and asks for a photograph. It's fine at the beginning.
"And then, he goes into how he scammed me out of $10,000 and started threatening to kill me.
"It was really scary.
"It turned out that this man was scammed by an unauthenticated profile. It had a fake number and was created by someone else.
Paige is an Instagram star and makes more per post than Tiger Woods or Rory McIroy.
In June, she revealed how shocked she was to be named Maxim's annual award winner.
Paige posted on Insta that she was honored to be named the sexiest female alive by @maximmag in this year's "Sexiest Woman Alive"
"When I received the I kept asking them, "are you sure?" because I was in complete disbelief."
DRESS DOWN
Paige Spiranac was slapped by "golf Karen" for her "highly inappropriate attire".
Spiranac believes that her new career will lead her to greater and better things. A return to pro golf is unlikely.
Maxim told her: "If I had told you, senior year in college, that my life would follow this path, then I would have laughed in front of your face.
"I didn't expect any of this to happen. But I'm so thankful that it did.
"It's really easy to love who and what you do through content creation and influencer work.
"So, I'm happy how everything turned out.
"I wish I could have played better golf and achieved more, but this is what I would trade for the world."
Paige makes more Insta posts than Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy
She hosts a popular podcast, and she doesn't seem ready to return to the game of golf.
