My Green Jacket is a special size... my friends still refer to me as 'Trex Arms'. Danny Willett, 2016 Masters winner, jokes

DANNY WILLETT believes Augusta is a difficult problem to grasp, especially for someone with T.Rex arms.

This week's Masters winner in 2016 is determined to prove that he is not a golfing dinosaur.

Willett's Sheffield friends have been teasing him for six years, ever since he revealed that his Green Jacket was 38 inches long.

Willett (34), explained that "You get asked all the time about the Green Jacket and when I told my friends what size mine was, their immediate reaction was, "Short?" Short? You need tiny arms. T-Rex arms, that's you'.

It has stuck, but it is something I can live with. It makes me smile every time I return to Augusta's Champions Locker Room to get the jacket. We are not allowed to remove the jackets after the first year, but there are millions of other golfers who would love to be like me.

Willett acknowledges Augusta is not something you can smile about once your first tee is complete.

He said, "It really tests every aspect of your golf game. It will help you with any problem you have, whether it is driving, irons or chipping or putting. It's a course that I love to play.

"I like courses that allow for giving and taking and I do it at regular times. Augusta National is a great example.

One is a stinky hole to start in, especially when adrenalin and nerves kick in. It is long and has trees on both sides. The green is also very sloppily designed.

Two and three are good birdie opportunities, then there's four-7 and an hour where your mind is really on the ball. For reasons I'll explain below, I think that the stretch has taken 9-12 over as the most difficult part of the course.

"Eight is another great birdie opportunity and we're all too long to drive it down the big hill at nine so you only have a short iron to get to the green.

"Then, it rises and bites you again between 10-12, before offering birdie or eagle opportunities from 13-17.

"Anything could happen there and often does before you get to the really hard part.

"At 18 you are driving through a narrow chute. Even if you find the fairway it is difficult to see your uphill approach shot to another elevated hole.

"It is a beautifully-designed course and a wonderful place to play golf.
