Millions of dollars worth of mansions on tax-haven Jupiter Island are owned by golf stars like Woods, McIlroy and Johnson.

Talk about the millionaire's row.

For decades, Jupiter Island has been home to golfing legends.

These sports stars, from Gary Player to Tiger Woods to Rory McIlroy to Rory McIlroy are attracted to the idyllic barrier island that is home to some the most wealthy people in America.

It is a tax haven with Florida residents not being subject to any personal income taxes. Jupiter Island also has fortress-like mansions which give the most famous stars the privacy they desire.

This is also why Phil Mickelson built a home in Jupiter from scratch, near Woods.

This is a look inside the lavish homes of some of the people who live on Jupiter Island, which has a population of approximately 900.

TIGER WOODS

The incredible PS41million home of five-time Masters champion consists of four holes, a 100ft pool, and an outdoor basketball court.

It is so large that it has been divided into two sections: a living quarters measuring 3,300 square feet and a multi-purpose building measuring 6,400 square feet.

Tiger is a genius inside with many brilliant quirks, such as his own oxygen therapy room and private cinema. He also has a state of the art gym, a games room, and a state-ofthe-art gym.

After Elin Nordegren's divorce, the home was constructed in 2010.

Nordegren moved to Jupiter Island in order to be near her friend Jesper Parnevik who she was a nanny for.

DUSTIN JOHNSON

The 2020 Master's Champion, 37-year-old, has settled down in Jupiter's Admirals Cove with Paulina Gretzky, her stunning wife and their sons Tatum, and River.

Johnson spent approximately PS50million on the luxurious waterfront property. Johnson is also close to Donald Trump Jr., who lives nearby. The property has restaurants, gyms, and a marina.

For DJs to practice, there is a 45-hole course available.

The property boasts an infinity pool, firepit and summer kitchen that will light up your barbeque at any time of the year.

Five large bedrooms and eight bathrooms are included. There is also a state of the art kitchen, private spa, and a total of five bathrooms.

RORY MCILROY

McIlroy was named the 2017 golf capital of the World by McIlroy.

This beautiful, 12,800-square foot home was purchased by him for PS8.5million.

It's located 85 miles north from Miami in the Bear's Club, an exclusive golf development that Jack Nicklaus founded in 1999.

The house has seven bedrooms and 10 baths, and also includes a recording studio and games room, huge pool, gym, tennis court, and home cinema.

McIlroy has made a lot of progress since his humble childhood home in Belfast at the end-of-terrace.

RICKIE FOWLER

This is how PS11million works in Florida.

The 2019 President Cup winner is the proud owner of a highly sought-after waterfront property measuring 11,573 square feet. He bought it in 2016 and has kept it since.

It includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

He also owns his own golf course with several tees for practice.

Fowler celebrated his 2017 Honda Classic win by going to Tiger's The Woods to celebrate.

GREG NORMAN

Since 1991, 'The Shark' has been a resident of Jupiter Island.

Norman purchased the 26,000-square foot home, called "Tranquility", for about PS4million. He tried to sell it in 2016 but failed.

He couldn't find anyone interested in the seven-building compound, which includes a guesthouse with two bedrooms on the ocean.

Tranquility, Norman's home, also featured a 165-foot deep water dock and a 50-foot swimming pool.

We say that Norman boasted about the bulldozing of the property after failing to find a buyer in 2018.

The work was supposed to be completed in late 2019, but it is still unknown what will replace it.

NICK PRICE

Zimbabwean Price, another golfer, owns the 14,659-square foot house on seven acres.

It is described as "it's world" and has five bedrooms, an extensive lawn, and a veranda for dinner.

The indoor/outdoor layout of the home allows Price to feel the ocean breeze from all rooms.

He tried to sell the compound he had built using exotic woods from Africa in 2016 for about PS18million.

It was not confirmed, however, if there were any takers.

GARY PLAYER

The three-time Masters champions purchased a retro-looking home with six bathrooms on the Intracoastal Waterway in 2004.

It is Bermudan-inspired and features a Cabana House, columnsed porticos, pergolas, and a three car garage.

Player renovated the 8,224-square-foot house from a 1960s home to create a modern, comfortable space.

It's the least one can do for one of the greatest ambassadors in the game.

BROOKS KOEPKA

The former world No1 was quick to get on the property ladder in wealthy surroundings.

He was able to get a great deal on his money by spending PS2.5million for this four-bedroom, five-and a half bathroom property at the Jupiter periphery.

This 3,900-square foot compound was constructed in 1993. Koepka used some of his PS25million earnings to renovate it.

The Florida-born star has completely replaced the swimming pool, making it larger by taking up more space.

Koepka also rebuilt and installed a fence to increase privacy.
