Cameron Smith's stunning $2.4m Florida home features F1 simulator, car collection, and fishing yachts.

CAMERON SMITH may be almost 10,000 miles away from Brisbane, but Jacksonville feels like his home.

The Australian star, aged 28, was just short of Masters glory following a dramatic last day at Augusta National. However, he is doing well in The Open.

Smith moved in Ponte Vedra Beach south of Jacksonville.

A stunning garden and swimming pool are the perfect places for Australian stars to relax.

A fleet of high-performance cars are waiting for him in his driveway

There is also a pool and a mooring place for two fighting yachts.

Smith is the proud owner of a Front Runner 39

Smith, who turned professional in 2013, has moved from Down Under to set up his residence in the Sunshine State.

Since moving across the Pacific to pursue success on the PGA Tour, he's lived in Jacksonville for seven years.

Smith finished second at the 2020 Masters, and has an estimated net worth $6 million.

He now spends his time away from the course in a $2.4m pad at Ponte Vedra Beach. It was purchased in April 2020.

The property covers an area of 5,350 square feet and offers stunning views of local waterways. It is also just a stone's throwing away from the Atlantic.

Smith allowed fans to take a detailed tour of the property after letting PGA Memes have a look around late last year.

The interior is bright and clean, and features a large central space that combines a kitchen, living area, and dining area to allow for open-plan living.

The house also has a bar area that is stocked with wine and spirits. It makes it a great space for entertaining.

Smith can relax in the living area with a wall-mounted TV and mini-fridge if he's tired from a long day on the course.

AVID ANGLER

Smith says, "I love it." Jacksonville is home to many good people, and I am blessed to have great neighbors.

They put up with my s*** most days!

"[My drink choice] right now is Guinness. "I'm currently on the Guinness train, but I really enjoy a Bees Knees [cocktail].

Smith doesn't have to leave his home to do his workouts. He has a large gym in his garage.

He's also the proud owner a race simulator with full race wheel and pedals, as well as three TV screens to view panoramic views.

He said, "This is my way of wasting time." "When I feel bored, I come here to drive cars.

"IT'S MY DREAM CAMERA"

Smith is more than a petrolhead. He has an impressive collection of motors and takes pride of place in the driveway.

He has a grey Audi A4 Wagon, or the "everydayer", as he calls them. This is a relative newcomer in the US.

Smith stated, "I love these." It sounds wicked and looks wicked. One has been my dream since childhood.

"They finally brought them in the States, and they're a very popular car back home in Australia."

A modified Nissan GT-R is also included in the collection. It can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just three seconds and produces 700 bhp.

Smith was able to purchase his dream wheels after his victory in 2017 Zurich Classic.

The property has 0.55 acres of land, and the cars are parked there. There is also an outdoor lounge area with a barbeque and TV.

Smith can even practice his putting on the perfectly manicured lawn before he leaves for Europe.

The swimming pool overlooks the waterway that runs parallel to Smith's house. This is where Smith keeps his two fishing boats.

Smith, an avid angler was memorably escorted by security to Harbour Town Golf Course after he tried to fish in a nearby lake.

He shouldn't have to worry about such issues with his personal vessels that allow him quick access the creek.

He is proud to be the proud owner of a Front Runner 39 that the company calls their 'flagship' model.

The boat features a slide-out cooler and fourteen rod holders. It also has a huge fuel tank of 540 gallons. This boat is ideal for weekend getaways from the stresses of the course.

Smith adds, "You can do everything off it."

It's great for fishing, and you can have a lot of fun. There's even a bar. It's just a great place to be."
