Viktor Hovland, a single man, poses hilariously with Europe's Ryder Cup Wags while fans tell him he's found your Tinder picture

SINGLE Viktor Hovland hilariously had the PIC of the Wags after leading Europe to Ryder Cup glory.

The Norwegian, 26, delivered the goods in Rome by securing three-and-a-half points from his five matches.

That included a huge 4&3 win over Collin Morikawa in the second singles match on Sunday to move Europe within touching distance of the win.

And after Luke Donald’s men wrapped up the 16½-11½ victory, they got their hands on the famous trophy.

That prompted a wonderful team photo with the stars posing by kissing their glamorous wives and girlfriends.

But with Hovland the only single player out of the 12, he brilliantly stood with vice-captain Jose Maria Olazabal – just as he did at the Ryder Cup Gala.

And then Hovland had his moment in the spotlight.

The world No4 lay down on the first tee with the Ryder Cup trophy and all 11 of his team-mates’ Wags plus five more from the captain and vice-captains.

Hovland was clearly enjoying the moment with his trademark beaming smile.

And the girls – all in their matching yellow outfits – proved they were great sports by getting involved and giving Hovland a perfect photo for the album book.

Or, as one golf fan joked, for his Tinder profile.

Hovland’s dating app account was shared online just before the Ryder Cup – although some were convinced he was lying about his age.

Referencing the amazing snap with the lovely ladies, one joked: “Found your new Tinder pic.”

The Team Europe Twitter account wrote: “Viktor Hovland. That’s the tweet.”

Another said: “Hovland with all the Wags is just incredible.”

‘ICONIC’

A third added: “Best photo ever.”

A fourth commented: “Viktor Hovland. Iconic.”

And a final user quipped: “I feel bad for Olazabal getting dumped so unceremoniously.”

Team Europe celebrated their glory with wild scenes and wonderful celebrations after three days of blistering golf and the resumption of a bitter rivalry.

And the fans also got in on the act.

One Colonel Sanders lookalike started the party by darting across the 16th green and jumping into the lake.

That came after Tommy Fleetwood guaranteed himself at least a half-point against Rickie Fowler and ensured Europe got over the line.

And the trend was soon followed by dozens more supporters who also took to the water as jubilant chaos unfolded.
