Golf fans still believe that Tiger Woods will surprise them at the Masters.
After a horrific car accident in California, the 46-year-old Green Jacket winner has been absent from the game since February 2021.

After the horror car crash, doctors revealed that he had been very fortunate to not have his leg amputated.
Woods suffered serious leg injuries in the horror smash. This happened just two months after Woods had undergone back surgery to correct a long-term injury.
Open fractures were sustained to his lower right leg, and he also sustained injuries to his foot. He required months of rehabilitation to get back on his feet.
Woods, a past winner, is automatically added to the Augusta National invite list. His last Masters victory was in 2019.
He has not yet swung in a competitive club in over a year but he is open to the possibility of joining the legendary Major.
Woods spoke at the Genesis Invitational in February but was hesitant to say if he would play, but he confirmed that he would be attending the annual champions dinner in April 5.
He stated, "I don’t know [if] I’ll play."
"I will be there Tuesday, and it will be an amazing dinner. I don't know what type of sushi we'll have!
There is speculation that Tiger might make more history at Augusta greens, as his name remains on the Invitees List with less than a week before the tournament starts.
Tiger, who was the Genesis host, explained how he was returning to the course after such an extended layoff.
His appearance alongside his son Charlie at the 2021 PNC Championship was a great success, with Charlie finishing second.
He has already said that he will not return to full-time, and his future is likely to include 'events here'.
Tiger said, "Will you come back to play a full-time schedule?" No. This will not happen again.
"I can only play certain events, but not on a full-time basis, so that won't happen again."
"I wish that I could tell you when my game is over."
"I want to find out. But I don’t. Golf activity has been very restricted. Although I am able to putt and chip well, I have not done any serious long-term golf. "I'm still learning the walking part."
Tiger was inducted into The Golf Hall of Fame earlier in the month. He broke down after Sam, his 14-year old daughter, gave a speech.
There are many past champions that have been added to the non-attendees roster for the 2022 Masters. This includes Phil Mickelson, who is a three-time winner.
When he won the PGA Championship in 2021, 'Lefty Phil' became the oldest person to win a Major title.
He won't make his Masters debut since 1994.
Mickelson announced that he would be taking a long break from golf after making comments about the Saudi Super League. This led to him losing several sponsorship deals.
Augusta National, Georgia will host the Masters. The opening round is set for Thursday April 7.
Woods was there with his son Charlie, at the December PNC Championship
