"That will never happen again" - Tiger Woods says his golf career is over after his terrible car accident

TIGER WOODS announced that he will not be returning to full-time professional golf after he was in a car accident last year.

Woods, 46 years old, crashed his SUV into a tree, before flipping it. Paramedics took him to the hospital where it was discovered that he had fractured his fibula and tibia.

Tiger Woods could not reveal the date he would be returning to the PGA tour.

The veteran also told the media that he still struggles to walk after the accident.

Woods has not been able to give an exact date for his return on the PGA tour because of the limited time he spent on the course.

Woods stated: "Will you come back and play a full-time schedule?" No. This will not happen again.

"I can only play certain events, but not on a full-time basis, so that won't happen again."

"I wish that I could tell you when my game is over."

"I want to find out. But I don’t. Golf activity has been very restricted. Although I am able to putt and chip well, I haven’t taken up any serious long-term activities. I am still learning the walking part.

"I can do it by being in a cart. Walking on a golf course is a completely different experience. There's still a lot to do.

"At this stage, you don't heal as quickly, which can be frustrating.

"To play six rounds of Golf, I don't have the ability to go out there." "I'm still trying to get there."

Woods has not been to a Major tournament since 2020, but he did play with his son Charlie at the 2021 PNC Championship.
