SPANISH star Rafael Cabrera Bello hopes to win his first Major at this week's US Open.

He will be supported by his wife Sofia Lundstedt (who works for the European PGA Tour). Here's what we know.

Sofia Lundstedt: Who are you?

Sofia Lundstedt is a Swedish descendant.

According to LinkedIn, she worked as a Client Relations Manager and Business Developer for the PGA European Tour starting in 2014.

She was previously a marketing coordinator at Louis Vitton, and she has also worked in Dubai Golf and Ahlsell in Sweden.

Sofia and Rafa Cabrera Bello tied the knot in December 2017.

They were engaged in September 2016.

After the Ryder Cup, the golfer announced their engagement with an Instagram post that said: "Exactly four weeks ago, this beautiful @slundstedt replied "YES" (the easiest question I have ever asked).

She often supports her husband at the golf tournaments.

Rafa Cabrera Bello is her husband

Rafael Cabrera Bello, 37, is a Spanish player golfer.

He was born in Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) on May 25, 1984.

At six years old, he began to play golf.

Rafa, who was 20 years old when he became a professional footballer in 2005, has won six races.

He finished fifth in the Rio Olympics Games 2016.

The Spaniard made his Ryder Cup debut in September 2016, as the only unbeaten player on Darren Clarke’s side, during the defeat to the US.

After a play-off against Callum Shinkwin, he won the Scottish Open in July 2017.
