Paige was approached at a golf tournament by a fan who claimed that she had CONNED with him for $10k


It was actually a fake profile she created in her image. This is an issue Paige has previously raised publicly.

Spiranac looked stunning on the red carpet as she wore a bra and leggings to the magazine's "Hot 100" party.

She revealed that she is now afraid for her safety after a conversation with an "unhinged fan" on her podcast Playing A Round.

Paige is afraid to leave her house because of the trauma.

Spiranac was approached at a charity golf event by a man who claimed that she had conned him out $10,000.

Paige said: "He approaches me and asks for a photograph. It's okay at first.

"And then, he goes into how he scammed me out of $10,000, and he began threatening me.

"It was really really frightening.

"As it turned out, this man was scammed by an unauthenticated profile created by someone else. It had a fake number and he was not in the know.

"I have been dealing with security issues for some time and they have gotten worse over the past few months."

Paige, a former golf pro has steadily built an online following. She currently boasts 3.5m Instagram fans.

In the past, she revealed how scammers used her image to get people to pay for fake profiles.

One impostor even created an OnlyFans account in her name and posted fake nude photos.

Spiranac now fears leaving the house and claims she is in a bubble.

She said, "I just felt really scared."

"I don’t leave my house much. I don’t go out.

"I feel as if I am in a bubble. It's something that I have never experienced."
