Not that Scheffler will be too worried, given that he has won a cool $8.5million (£6.7m) in prize money in the last two weeks for winning his last two tournaments including Players Championship.

It concluded that average golf influencers make $2,000 to $12,716 per post.

The total data found that the average Tour Pro player can command around $994 per post, while the average influencer – including names such as Grace Charis – can earn charge around $4,837.
