PAIGE SPIRANAC gave golfers a step-by-step guide on how to get a day on the green stress free.

Spiranac – who nicknamed herself Golf Mommy – gave tips on the latest edition of her “Mommy knows best” segment

And she tackled the age old question of, “How do I play gold without making my partner upset?”

Spiranac, who almost burst out of tight top, gave a four-step plan on how to pull it off.

Firstly, she advised being honest on how long the round of golf will really take.

And her second piece of advice was similar, urging golfers to communicate with their partners on why playing is important to them.

The social media star also challenged golfers to actually get their partners involved in their rounds.

And if that fails, Spiranac suggsted working around the house to score brownie points before the day on the course.

Recapping her masterplan, she said: “Be honest about how long the round is going to take and what you’re going to be doing.

“Communicate on why this is important to you. Include your partner and plan fun date nights and eat your vegetables.

“Hopefully that helps you and that was another edition of mother knows best.”

Spiranac has 3.8million followers on Instagram and has emerged as one of sport’s top influencers.

She was also recently named the “Sexiest Woman Alive” for 2022 by Maxim magazine.
