RORY McILROY will return to the Renaissance Club for this year’s Genesis Scottish Open.
The Irishman made history when he completed golf’s Grand Slam at the Masters last month.

And he has now confirmed he’ll be back in Scotland for the Rolex Series event this summer.
The Green Jacket winner edged out home favourite Bob MacIntyre to capture the title two years ago.
MacIntyre, though, would not be denied and claimed an emotional win last time out.
And McIlroy admits he is looking forward to playing at the Home of Golf once again.
He said: “Winning a national open is always special, and I’m pleased to have the chance to compete for another Genesis Scottish Open title.
“It has certainly been a memorable year so far, and I’m looking forward to carrying on the momentum to the home of golf this summer.”
The 35-year-old’s presence is sure to attract huge crowds to the East Lothian course in July.
McIlroy held off a strong final day challenge from Justin Rose to finally win at Augusta.
And by doing so he became only the sixth man to win all four of golf major championships, The Open, The US Open, the USPGA Championship and The Masters.
Runner-up Rose will also be present at the Renaissance as part of yet another stellar Scottish Open field.
Major winners Matt Fitzpatrick, Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas are all in the field.
And they’ll be joined by US star Max Homa and 2024 Genesis Championship winner Byeong Hun An.
The event takes place from July 10-13, the week before The Open at Royal Portrush.
That’s down to the continued commitment of the Scottish Government and VisitScotland.
And the fan experience at this year’s tournament includes the Fringe by the Tee pop-up stage featuring a Saturday headline slot from KT Tunstall.
