Signing up for the PGA Tour was met with threats of bans, fines, and suspensions.

LIV has seen more stars join, including Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau.

They join Dustin Johnson, Phil Michelson and Sergio Garcia, who all played at the Centurion club earlier in the month.

This is where you can watch this week's action from Portland, as well as all the format information and field information.

Who will be playing this week in Portland?

The organisers have not confirmed the full 48-player field.

Sergio Garcia, Dustin Johnson, and Phil Mickelson all return to the second event.

Brooks Koepka and Bryson deChambeau are just a few of the notable new arrivals.

Charl Schwartzel won in London the opening tournament earlier this month, and he will be back in Portland.

What format is it?

Each of the 48 players will be divided into four-man teams, and there will also be a shotgun start.

This means that everyone will be able to tee off simultaneously at a different hole on the course.

The events are three days long and will last 54 holes, as opposed to the 72 holes and four days on the PGA or European Tours. There will also be no cut.

During the event, there will be both an individual and a team event.

The player with the lowest 54-hole score will be declared the individual winner.

The team event will be judged on the basis of the two best scores in the first two rounds.

The third and final round will be decided by the top three scores. The lowest team score after 54 holes will win.

What can I do to watch it?

The event will also be streamed live via LIVGolf.com, YouTube, and Facebook.

The coverage will start at 4:00 PM ET each morning - and end at 1 p.m. local time on the West Coast.

What is the LIV Golf schedule like?

London hosted the inaugural event, one of eight events scheduled for 2022.

The four next events will be held in the United States between June & September, and they begin in Portland this week.

In October, there will be back to back events in Thailand as well as in Saudi Arabia.

The 2022 series will conclude in Miami on October 30, 2012.
