John Terry has reached his retirement goal
Terry, who had a distinguished playing career and won five Premier League titles, as well as the Champions League title with Chelsea in 2012, has more time to get on the greens since he was made Aston Villa assistant manager in August last year.
The 41-year old boasted on Twitter that it wasn't the most exciting, but admitted that it was something he had worked hard for.
He stated, "When I retired, I set myself a goal to get down and to scratch, and today I accomplished it."
He has surpassed Gareth Bale who is a golf-obsessed soccer player with a handicap of three.
